Shinkong Insurance Co., Ltd. announced on April 21, 2021 the appointment of Hsien-Tang Lin, Chief Compliance Officer as a result of position adjustment of Chuan-Te Kao, Chief Auditor effective May 1, 2021. The effective date of the new Chief Auditor will be based on the approval of the FSC,and the Chairman is authorized to amend the effective date accordingly.
