FY2021 1Q Financial Highlights

◎1Q Results：Lower sales, Higher profits

• Gas sales volume +3.2% year on year

(Large-Lot Sale) Positive impact of increased cogeneration operation. (Small-Lot Sale) Positive impact of lower temperatures.

• Net sales decreased by 13.3% due to decrease in city gas unit price.

Operating profit increased by 14.9% mainly due to falling raw material prices offsetting the decrease in net sales.
