SHW AG announced that Mr. Sascha Rosengart, Chief Financial Officer, is to leave the company at the end of February. The Supervisory Board has accepted Mr. Rosengart's request to leave the company prematurely for personal reasons. This step has been taken in mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board.
His role will be assumed temporarily by Andreas Rydzewski, Member of the Management Board, until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
