Siamrajathanee Public Company Limited ( the " Company" ) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU) to be a Node Validator in Bitkub's Blockchain Transaction Monitoring System with Bitkub Blockchain Technology Co., Ltd. The Company has signed to be Node Validator in the feature of a Sharing Node which does not require the additional investment in KUB Coin. However, In the agreement, there is only a condition to deposit a KUB Coin, which is a reward for being a Node Validator during the previous year without investing in any additional coins.

According to the Company's financial statements on March 31, 2022, the Company has total digital assets of THB 3. 96 million, which equal to 0. 2 % of total assets. The Company recognizes digital assets by using the cost method. Therefore, the current coin price volatility does not affect the Company's financial statements. In the situation that the coin value is greatly decreased, it will result in an impairment of the asset value of not more than 0.2 % of the total asset value which does not affect the Company's financial status and operations.

The Company has a corporate governance policy in place to promote the efficiency of the Company's operations and sustainable growth, and to seek for business opportunities on acceptable risks especially on the creation of innovation and the use of technology to increase the competitiveness of the organization for the greatest benefit to all stakeholders.
