Sibanye-Stillwater Ltd. on Thursday reported a record profit for 2021, as all segments achieved production guidance targets.

The South African precious-metals mining company made a net profit of $2.23 billion last year up from $1.77 billion in 2020.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rose to $4.64 billion from $3.00 billion.

The company declared a final dividend of 1.87 rand a share, or 48.68 U.S. cents an American Depositary Share.

For 2022, Sibanye forecast platinum group production of between 550,000 and 580,000 ounces in the U.S. For the Southern Africa operations, platinum group production is expected at between 1.76 million and 1.85 million ounces and gold output at 813,000-873,000 ounces.
