Zhuhai Hua’ao Power Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 7% stake in Yunnan Zhaotong AAA Power Generation Co., Ltd. from Sichuan Guangan AAAPublic Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600979) for CNY 1 on August 26, 2019. Upon completion, Zhuhai Hua’ao Power Investment Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Guangan AAAPublic Co.,Ltd will hold 30.45% and 69.55% stake in Yunnan Zhaotong AAA Power Generation Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Yunnan Zhaotong AAA Power Generation Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 10.8 million, net liability of CNY 17.34 million, total revenue of CNY 0 and net loss of CNY 2.3 million. The transaction is approved by Board of Directors of Sichuan Guangan AAAPublic Co.,Ltd.
