The company's holding shareholder Sichuan Tianyi Group Co., Ltd., actual controllers Li Yueheng and Li Shihong, and actual controllers and directors Li Junxia and Li Junhua committed not to transfer or entrust to a third party the company’s shares it holds directly or indirectly before the public offering, or allow the company to repurchase these shares within 36 months from the company’s share listing date.
The company's shareholders Chengdu Xinyi Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Chengdu Tiansheng Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Chengdu Guoheng Hongyi Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shenzhen Dingheng Ruizhi Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Chengdu Renxiang Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), and Chengdu Kangqiang Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) committed not to transfer or entrust to a third party the company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the public offering, or allow the company to repurchase these shares within 12 months from the company’s share listing date.
