As per section 226 of the restated text of the Securities Market Law (texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores), approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, and related provisions, the Company announces the following inside information:

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A., through one its affiliates, has received a firm order for supplying wind turbines to Engie for a wind farm located in the north-east Rio Grande do Norte state, Brazil, with a total capacity of 434 MW.

The firm order encompasses the manufacturing, transporting, assembling, commissioning and testing of 70 units of the SG 5.8-170 wind turbine. The project is expected to be commissioned by the year 2023.
