Silverlake Axis Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Yau Ah Lan @ Fara Yvonne (a.k.a Datuk Yvonne Chia) as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Nominating Committee and Member of Remuneration Committee with effect from June 1, 2015. From 2003 to 2013, he was Group Managing Director /CEO of Hong Leong Bank Berhad.
