Sydney, Australia - Simavita Limited ('Simavita') (ASX: SVA) is pleased to release the materials for a Special General Meeting to be held on 7 April 2020 ( the 'Meeting Copies of the Notice, Management Information Circular and CDI voting instruction forms (collectively, the 'Meeting Materials') have been mailed to all security holders.

The Company offers various products, which include SIM sensor, SIM pod, SIM assist application, SIM Wireless Fidelity enabling devices. The SIM pod is a wearable medical device, which connects to the SIM sensor and wirelessly transmits incontinence data to a server. The incontinence data collected is synchronized and processed with the incontinence-related observations, which are recorded through the SIM assist application.
