Qualifications: Degree - Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science & Technology - University Putra Malaysia; Diploma - Diploma in Confectionery Management - German Technical School for Confectionery.

Working experience and occupation: Ms Jenifer Thien Bit Leong is the Founder and Principal of Grit and Pace, through which she provides guidance to corporations on environment, safety & governance matters and advises on driving change in areas such as supply chain, procurement and operational excellence. With over three decades of experience in top executive positions in the consumer packaged goods industry, Ms Jenifer Thien has worked and resided in various countries in Asia and the United States. She spent 25 years at Mars Incorporated, where her last role was as Global Chief Procurement Officer.

Ms Jenifer Thien currently serves as director/council member on the boards of UEM Edgenta Berhad, AEON Co. (M) Berhad, Malaysian Pacific Industries Berhad, Olam Agri Holdings Limited, Jadestone Energy PLC, Climate Governance Malaysia as well as Asia Advisory Board Member of Lucta S.A. Ms Jenifer Thien is also an alumnus of executive programmes at the London Business School, INSEAD, Harvard Business School and Center for Creative Leadership.
