Singapore Press Holdings Limited Appoints Tracey Woon as an Independent Director and to the Executive and Board Risk Committee, with Effect from 1 July 2020

Singapore Press Holdings Limited has appointed Ms. Tracey Woon as an independent director to its Board with effect from 1 July 2020. She will also be appointed to the Executive Committee and the Board Risk Committee. Ms. Woon is the Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific Global Wealth Management of UBS AG since July 2016. She is also responsible for the UBS' Women Initiative in Asia Pacific.
