Sino Agro Food, Inc. Announces Resignation of George Yap as Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Nomination Committee

On August 15, 2017, the board of directors of Sino Agro Food, Inc. received a letter of resignation from George Yap from all his positions with the company. Mr. Yap was an independent director of the company, the chairman of its audit committee as well as a member of its nomination committee.
