SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended October 01, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 1,145.1 million compared to USD 1,102.6 million a year ago. Net income was USD 57.3 million compared to USD 73.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.27 compared to USD 1.63 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.25 compared to USD 1.6 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 3,336.2 million compared to USD 3,124.5 million a year ago. Net income was USD 176.8 million compared to USD 246.3 million a year ago. SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States and has a growing presence in Canada. Its customers are primarily residential and commercial landscape professionals who specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of lawns, gardens, golf courses, and other outdoor spaces. The Company offers a comprehensive selection of approximately 160,000 stock keeping units (SKUs) including irrigation supplies, fertilizer, and control products (herbicides), hardscapes (including pavers, natural stone, and blocks), landscape accessories, nursery goods, outdoor lighting, and ice melt products to green industry professionals. It also provides value-added consultative services, which include assistance with irrigation project take-offs, commercial project planning, generation of sales leads, business operations, and product support services, as well as a series of technical and business management seminars.
