Parkway Acquisition Corp. completed the previously-announced merger with Great State Bank. Pursuant to the Merger Agreement, and effective as of the closing of the Merger, the Board of Directors of the Parkway Acquisition Corp. appointed W. David McNeill and Frank A. Stewart to the Board of Directors of the Parkway Acquisition Corp. Both individuals previously served as directors of GSB.
Skyline Bankshares, Inc. is a bank holding company.
