Skyworth Digital Co., Ltd. Announces Executive Changes; Approves No Dividend for the Year 2017

Skyworth Digital Co., Ltd. announced that at its Annual General Meeting of 2017 held on April 12, 2018, the company approved the election of Lai Weide, Liu Tangzhi, Shi Chi, Lin Jin, Zhang Zhi and Ying Yiming as non-independent directors, election of Ju Xinhua, Yin Tian and Ma Shaoping as independent directors and election of Yan Hongbo and Zhang Renquan as supervisors.
The company approved no dividend for the year 2017.
SKYWORTH DIGITAL CO.,LTD. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sale, operation and provision of services of of digital television intelligent terminals and software systems and platforms.
