Smartac International Holdings Ltd, formerly Smartac Group China Holdings Ltd, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of e-commerce services. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The E-commerce Solutions segment manages the online stores for customers on the online e-commerce platforms; sells merchandises through online e-commerce platforms, self-owned online shops and offline channels such as corporate bulk purchase and others; provides online marketing services to promote customers' products through social media channels. The Integrated Digital Marketing (IDM) Solutions segment assists merchants with WeChat Pay payment access, provides WeChat payment access, settlement and marketing functions to provide mobile payment services. The Online to Offline (O2O) Solutions segment mainly provides tailormade social customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and information technology (IT) support services.
