In order to help customers quarantine without losing touch, SmarTone is now announcing that free Home 5G Broadband service will also be arranged for selected customers^ that are required to undergo mandatory quarantine at Penny's Bay Quarantine Centre. SmarTone PriorityPlus™ Premium, PriorityPlus™ members, long-term (10+ years) SmarTone customers and SmarTone Home 5G Broadband customers who are required to undergo mandatory quarantine at Penny's Bay Quarantine Centre will only need to provide designated proof of quarantine for verification to receive a 30-day free SmarTone Home 5G Broadband service plus 5G Wi-Fi 6 router* delivered straight to Penny's Bay, easing worries about internet problems during quarantine period.

In addition, a free 1-month JOOX VIP Music Service# and hmvod Standard Plan will be provided to customers undergoing mandatory quarantine, so they can enjoy the company of music and video streaming during the quarantine period.
