Webjet Linhas Aéreas S.A. will have to reintegrate 850 employees which it dismissed on November 23, 2012, following a preliminary injunction issued by the Labour Court in the Brazilian region of Rio de Janeiro. Webjet faces a daily fine of BRL 20,000 (EUR 7,440.62; USD 9,626.03) per worker, if it does not comply with this order. Gol Linhas Aereas, the company which bought Webjet, said that it has not yet been informed of this decision, but the court scheduled a hearing for December 18, 2012, where Webjet should present its plan to relocate these employees.

It should also prove that it paid its workers compensation for terminating contracts. When it bought Webjet, Gol Linhas Aereas assumed that it would keep all workers.
