(Alliance News) - Snam's board has approved its annual report for 2023, reporting an adjusted profit of EUR1.16 billion, almost unchanged from the previous year. The board will propose to the shareholders' meeting the distribution of a dividend of EUR0.1692 per share, bringing the total for 2023 to EUR0.2820, after the ex-dividend of EUR0.1128 made in January.

Total income was EUR3.87 billion, up 17 percent from 2022.

Net income from investments was EUR315 million, up EUR7 million on the previous year.

Adjusted Ebitda was EUR2.41 billion, up EUR180 million on the previous year and with a margin of 8%.

Adjusted Ebit was EUR1.47 billion, increasing by EUR113 million over FY2022.

Snam closed Wednesday's session just above par at EUR4.49 per share.
