DALLAS - Faithful+Gould, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, has been awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO&T) and Facility Support Services (FSS) for the construction and renovation of military healthcare, dental and medical research laboratories and facilities for the United States Department of Defense (DoD).

Referred to as IO&T MATOC III, the contract is valued at $495 million over a possible five-and-a-half-year term and was awarded to 11 firms.

'Leveraging the expertise gained from delivering nine major projects in the past 10 years around the world, including the U.S., Germany and Korea with MATOC I & II, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for the DoD,' said Jack Collins, Director of Healthcare Operations, Faithful+Gould. 'We look forward to continuing our support on future projects to help ensure the readiness of healthcare available to our soldiers, sailors, airmen and their families.'

Under the contract, the Company will provide turn-key project support by helping to equip and transition staff and patients into new or renovated military healthcare facilities at DoD installations worldwide. Services may include providing program and project management together with capital funding required for IO&T and FSS procurement and installation.

'This is a great win and a testament to the team's work and our increasing capability in the healthcare market,' said Jonathan Marshall, Faithful+Gould Business Unit Director. 'The team is proud to be a part of this critical mission.'
