En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 9 e inciso segundo del artículo 10 de la Ley de Mercado de Valores y en la Norma de Carácter General N 30 de la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero, y debidamente facultada, informo a usted, en carácter de hecho esencial

de Sociedad de Inversiones Pampa Calichera S.A. (la "Sociedad"), lo siguiente:

Hacemos referencia al acuerdo suscrito entre la Sociedad, Potasios de Chile S.A., Global Mining SpA e Inversiones TLC SpA, filial de Tianqi Lithium Corp., todos ellos accionistas de Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A., que fue informado por la Sociedad mediante hecho esencial de fecha 11 de abril de 2019, y que fue posteriormente modificado con fecha 26 de marzo de 2020, 1 de octubre de 2020, 8 de abril de 2021 y 21 de diciembre de 2021.

Se informa que con fecha 14 de abril de 2022, la Sociedad y las demás partes del Acuerdo han suscrito una nueva modificación al referido Acuerdo. Se adjunta a la presente copia de dicha modificación, junto con una traducción libre de la misma al español.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

This amendment letter (the "Letter") is entered with reference to the letter agreement dated April 10, 2019 (the "Agreement"), as amended by amendment letters dated March 26, 2020, October 1, 2020, April 8, 2021, and December 20, 2021, entered into by (i) Inversiones TLC SpA ("Tianqi Shareholder") and (ii) Sociedad de Inversiones Pampa Calichera S.A., Potasios de Chile S.A. and Global Mining SpA (together, "Pampa Group"), each in their capacity as shareholders of Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. ("SQM"). Pampa Group and Tianqi Shareholder are referred to herein as the "Parties".

Pursuant to this Letter, Sections 6 and 10 of the Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety to read as follows:

"6. Dividend Policy. In their capacity as shareholders of SQM, each of the

Parties agrees that the revised dividend policy for the year 2022, approved by the SQM Board on March 23, 2022, set forth on Exhibit A (the "Dividend Policy"), is in the best interest of SQM and all its shareholders."

"10. Term. The Agreement will become effective as of the date hereof upon execution and continue in full force and effect until the date of SQM's 2023 general annual meeting of shareholders (junta ordinaria de accionistas)."

Except as modified herein, the terms of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and otherwise in full force and effect.

Please confirm your agreement to the amendment described herein by signing and returning to us a countersigned copy of this letter, which will thereupon constitute a binding agreement as of the date first written above.
