Santiago, Chile, April 27, 2022 - Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (the "Company" or "SQM") is filing this amendment on Form 6-K/A ("Amendment") to its Report on Form 6-K, furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 25, 2022 (the "Original 6-K"), solely to correct a typographical error in the description of Exhibit 96.2, which is presented as corrected below. Except as specifically described in this explanatory note, this Amendment does not amend, modify or update any disclosures contained in the Original 6-K, including with respect to any events occurring after the furnishing of the Original 6-K. The Company is incorporating by reference the information and exhibits set forth in this Amendment into the Company's registration statement on Form F-3 (Registration No. 333-254538) filed on March 19, 2021.
