FILING OF ABSTRACT PURSUANT TO ART. 129 AND 131, PARAGRAPH 4, LETTER B), OF ISSUERS' REGULATIONS

Verona, 27 giugno 2022. Notice is hereby given that today the Company has published, on the Company's "corporate" website www.cattolica.it/home- corporate, section "Governance / Shareholders' agreements", and on the storage mechanism authorized by Consob called "EMarket STORAGE", managed by Spafid Connect S.p.a. and accessible from the website www.emarketstorage.com, of an update, in abstract form, of the information provided pursuant to art. 122 of the Consolidated Law on Finance, in particular relating to the dissolution, with effect from 24 June 2022, of the shareholders' agreements contained in the framework agreement signed on 24 June 2020 between Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. and Società Cattolica di Assicurazione S.p.A., due to their expiry.

The abstract was also filed today with the competent Verona Company Register.
