CEZ, a. s. (SEP:CEZ) has launched discussions over the sale of its Bulgarian assets with the potential buyers who have made the best offers. The assets up for sale include CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD (BUL:3CZ), CEZ Electro Bulgaria AD (BUL:1CZ), Cez Trade Bulgaria Ead and the Varna Thermal Power Plant (TPP). All of the firms are managed by CEZ Bulgaria.
According to media reports, Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. (BVB:EL) is one of the bidders for the assets.
