Mistral Informatique SASU announced that it has received €105 million in funding from a group of investors

On June 13, 2023, Mistral Informatique SASU closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of transaction. The company has received €5 million in it's second and final tranche, bringing a total of €105 million led by new investor Lightspeed Ventures, LLC.

The transaction included participation from new investors Motier Ventures, Headline, La Famiglia GmbH, Exor Ventures, Sofina Société Anonyme, Firstminute Capital LLP, Phoenix Court Group, individual investors, Eric Schmidt.Xavier Niel, and Rodolphe Saadé. The round is raised at a post-money valuation of €240million.
