RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of China Wah Yan Healthcare Limited (the "Company") announces that Dr. Chan Leung Kwok ("Dr. Chan") has resigned as the chief executive officer of the Company with effect from 21 November 2018 due to his other personal commitment which requires more of his time and dedication.

Dr. Chan has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Chan for his valuable contribution to the Company.

GENERAL

Trading in the shares of the Company will continue to be suspended until further notice.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
