Solar A/S announced that Hugo Dorph has been appointed Commercial Director and will be part of Solar's management team with immediate effect. The job function is new in Solar and will include sales and marketing, product/industry management and business development. Hugo Dorph, is an experienced international leader.
Hugo Dorph was CEO of the Maconomy until the company was sold to American Deltek. At the same time as Hugo Dorph joins Solar, Corporate Sales and Marketing Director Claudio Christensen leaves Solar. Therefore, the company hand over the overall sourcing responsibility to Jan Willy Fjellvær who will take on this responsibility in addition to his role as Chief Executive Director of Solar Norge.
Solar A/S is a Denmark-based company engaged in the distribution of electrical, heating, plumbing and ventilation components. The Companyâs sales are divided into industry segment and contractor segment.
