Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. announced it has signed Black Lantern to develop entertainment apps based on licensed brands and original Soul and Vibe Intellectual Property ("IP"). The Agreement represents the first Development-Publishing Agreement between Soul and Vibe and Black Lantern, though the principles of both companies previously worked together on several successful interactive games based on the John Deere and Iron Chef America brands, which were published on Nintendo-branded hardware platforms. Under the terms of the new Agreement, Black Lantern will develop a line of four (4) entertainment apps for Soul and Vibe. It is anticipated that the first of these four products will launch during the late 3rd Quarter /early 4th Quarter of 2015.

Additional products in the line are anticipated to launch, one per quarter, through the 2nd Quarter of 2016. Each entertainment app will be released on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, as well as on Android platform devices (via Google Play and Amazon). A provision to potentially expand the list of supported product platforms to include Microsoft's Windows Phone and Surface Tablet exists, as well.

Specific details on the entertainment apps Black Lantern will be developing for Soul and Vibe will be unveiled during the summer.
