South Logistics Joint Stock Company (Sotrans) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the transportation industry. It provides freight forwarding services, as well as air, rail, water, road and multimodal freight transportation services. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was 47.73%-owned by the State Capital and Investment Corporation. As of the same date, it had one affiliated company engaged in warehouse leasing, logistics and other transportation related services.
