Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. announced that Mr. Kenneth C. Ambrecht passed away unexpectedly on September 25, 2020. Mr. Ambrecht was a director of the Company and also served as the Chair of the Company’s Compensation Committee and a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. the Company appointed Sherianne James to serve as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee. The Company will identify a replacement for Mr. Ambrecht’s position on the board and its committees at the appropriate time.
