Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. announced changes to its executive leadership, effective October 1, 2018. Nathan E. Fagre, 63, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Stacey L. Neu, 52, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, will be leaving the Company to pursue other interests. Ehsan Zargar, 41, has been named Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and the human resource function has been reassigned to Douglas L. Martin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Zargar. Zargar was a Director of Spectrum Brands Holdings from August 2017 until July 2018.
