Important events to be reported:Opening of two new restaurants

Sphera Franchise Group S.A. (the "Group") informs the market about the opening of a new Pizza Hut Delivery restaurant and a new KFC restaurant.

The new Pizza Hut Delivery restaurant opened in Centrul Comercial Militari Shopping, Bucharest, on 19.01.2022. The location is a Fast Casual Delivery ("FCD") restaurant, being the 3rd FCD of the Group and the 20th delivery unit of the Group in Romania. The opening of a new FCD restaurant is part of the Group's strategy to restructure and increase the profitability of the Pizza Hut business.

The new KFC restaurant opened in Calarasi, within Catex commercial center, also on 19.01.2022. The location is a Drive Thru restaurant, being the 93rd KFC restaurant in Romania.

As of 20.01.2022, Sphera Franchise Group operates 170 restaurants: 93 KFC restaurants in Romania, 2 in Moldova and 20 in Italy, as well as 42 Pizza Hut restaurants and 13 Taco Bell restaurants located in Romania. Out of 42 Pizza Hut restaurants, 21 locations are dine-in, 20 are Pizza Hut Delivery and 1 is Pizza Hut Express.
