Germany: SPIE welcomes 300 young new talents

Ratingen, 22 October 2021 - SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa, the German subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, will enable around 300 young talents in Germany alone to start their training at SPIE in 2021. With 46 different entry-level opportunities, the multi-technical service provider offers its junior staff promising prospects in a variety of career paths. SPIE trains young technophiles at more than 90 locations and offers ten dual study programmes. With the SPIE Akademie and solid external training opportunities, the company continues to invest in the expertise of its employees even after they have completed their training.

"We are delighted that we were able to inspire around 300 talented people to take up an apprenticeship or dual study programme at SPIE again this year. We are extremely proud that we give so many young technophiles the opportunity to make a strong contribution to the energy and mobility transition, climate protection and digitalisation as part of SPIE", says Markus Holzke, Managing Director of SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa. "The keen interest of young talents in SPIE confirms our commitment to offer this variety of job profiles with clear future prospects and to continue investing in training and development," adds Bianca Stöhr, Head of People, Culture & CSR at SPIE Deutschland & Zentraleuropa.

A wide range of entry-level opportunities for talented people with a passion for technology

With its intensive promotion of new talent, SPIE seizes the opportunity to tie young, technology-minded talents to the company at an early stage. Against this backdrop, the multi-technical service provider offers promising prospects to graduates with all school-leaving qualifications. "With 46 entry-level opportunities now available, we have once again further expanded our portfolio of interesting career paths for young people this year. We train different talents for the specific needs of our business and promote their careers as the experts and leaders of tomorrow. That is why we continue to train our employees even after they have completed their training", comments Bianca Stöhr. With its own SPIE Akademie, the multi-technical service provider offers employees a wide range of training and development opportunities.
