SPX FLOW, Inc. is a provider of process solutions for the nutrition, health and industrial markets. Its segments include Nutrition and Health segment and the Precision Solutions segment. The Nutrition and Health segment provides a range of products for homogenizers, pumps, valves, separators and heat exchangers. It also designs and assembles process systems that integrate products for its customers. The Company's brands include APV, Gerstenberg Schroeder, Seital and Waukesha Cherry-Burrell. The Precision Solutions segment serves customers in the chemical, air treatment, mining, pharmaceutical, marine, infrastructure construction, general industrial and water treatment industries. Its products for air dryers, filtration equipment, mixers, pumps, hydraulic technologies and heat exchangers. The Company's brands include Airpel, Bolting Systems, Deltech, Hankison, Jamix, Jemaco, Johnson Pump, LIGHTNIN, Philadelphia Mixing Solutions, POSI LOCK, Power Team, Stelzer, Stone and Uutechnic.
