EXTENSION OF TIME FOR HOLDING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FOR THE

FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2021

The board of directors (the "Board") of ST Group Food Industries Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcement dated 26 August 2021 (the "Announcement") relating to the extension of time for results announcement and extension of time for holding annual general meeting (the "AGM") for the financial year ended 30 June 2021 ("FY2021"). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same definition ascribed to them in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to update that the Company has on 22 September 2021 received approval from ACRA for a 60-day extension under Section 175 of the Companies Act to hold its AGM for FY2021 by 30 December 2021 and Section 197 of the Companies Act to file its annual return for FY2021 by 29 January 2022.

Pursuant to the Announcement and the Waiver Conditions referred to therein, the Company is required to convene its AGM for FY2021 by 30 November 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to update its shareholders on the notice of AGM and the issuance of its FY2021 annual report together with the date, time and venue of the AGM in due course. The Company will also make an update announcement when the Waiver Conditions have been fulfilled.
