Stans Energy Corp. announced that CFO, Anna Kuranova, has been on medical leave and the company has been informed that she will not be returning to Stans Energy. Doug Varty, a former partner at KPMG, has been retained to assist to complete the 2013 third quarter financials, and the year-end financials.
Stans has begun the process of recruitment for a replacement CFO.
