Motion for Exclusivity Period Extension Approved For Starry Group Holdings, Inc.

The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for Starry Group Holdings, Inc. on July 7, 2023. As per the order, the debtor’s exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended by 120 days i.e., up to October 20, 2023, and December 19, 2023, respectively.
