Announcement of filing of request with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission for the cancellation of the shares of the Société Anonyme under the name 'STELIOS KANAKIS, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A., RAW MATERIALS FOR CONFECTIONARY, BAKERY AND ICE-CREAM' from Athens Stock Exchange.
The Société Anonyme under the name 'STELIOS KANAKIS, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A., RAW MATERIALS FOR CONFECTIONARY, BAKERY AND ICE-CREAM' (hereinafter the 'Company') informs investors that pursuant the relevant decision of the self-convened universal extraordinary General Meeting of the sole shareholder of the Company on September 11, 2019, on September 20, 2019 a request was filed with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, under protocol no. 9651/20.09.2019, on the cancellation of all its intangible, common, registered, with voting rights, shares, i.e. 7,500,000 shares, each of €0.33 nominal value, from Athens Stock Exchange, in agreement with the clauses of article 17, par. 5 of Law 3371/2005.

It distributes its products through its own distribution network and via 99 representatives, 52 of which are in Attiki, 21 in Macedonia and 26 in the islands and the rest of Greece.
