Stellantis said that it has come to a multi-billion euro agreement in which car-rental company Sixt could purchase up to 250,000 vehicles.

The agreement enables Sixt to purchase vehicles for its rental fleet in countries across Europe and North America over the next three years, Stellantis said.

The deliveries to Sixt will include vehicles from a variety of classes ranging from urban cars to SUVs to vans and trucks and will also include battery-electric vehicles, Stellantis said.

First so-called "significant delivery volumes" will take place in the first quarter of 2024 and will continue throughout the year, Stellantis said.
