Stellantis is making changes to its executive and brand teams, effective July 1.

The automaker and mobility provider said Ned Curic, chief technology officer, will become chief engineering and technology officer, succeeding Harald Wester, who is retiring.

Beatrice Foucher, DS Automobiles CEO, has been appointed as chief planning officer, succeeding Olivier Bourges, who was named global corporate officer and public affairs officer.

Timothy Kuniskis, Dodge Brand CEO, will take on the additional responsibilities as Ram Brand CEO. Mike Koval, currently Ram Brand CEO, will become head of Mopar North America.

Fiat Brand CEO and Global Chief Marketing Officer Olivier François has been appointed CEO of Fiat and DS Automobiles brands, succeeding Foucher, while remaining as Stellantis global chief marketing officer.
