Stem Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:STMH) acquired Artifact Extracts for $2.4 million on September 17, 2021. As per the terms of the transaction, Stem Holdings, Inc. issued 8.2 million shares to Artifact Extracts. Such share consideration will be held in escrow for a period of six months with a subsequent six month leak out. The transaction was approved by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission.
