STIRLING APPOINTS MANAGING DIRECTOR ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 19 DECEMBER 2013

Stirling Resources Limited (ASX:SRE) (SRE or the Company) is pleased to advise that Mr Martin Depisch, currently a Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed to the position of Managing Director, with effect from 18 December 2013.
Mr Depisch has in excess of 20 years' experience in finance and transactional work within the mining sector. Mr Depisch holds an MBA from Karl-Franzens University, Austria and also previously studied at Harvard University, USA.

Terms of Appointment

Mr Depisch will receive a base salary of $200,000 per annum, plus statutory superannuation. Mr Depisch will be employed for a term of two years from the commencement date. The
Company or Mr Depisch may terminate Mr Depisch's employment upon 3 months written notice. The Company is also entitled to terminate Mr Depisch's employment without notice in certain cases of serious misconduct.
The Executive Employment Agreement contains other terms and conditions standard for an agreement of this nature.
