Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc. announced that on November 9, 2023 its board of directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.12 per share for the fourth quarter of 2023. The dividend will be payable in cash on December 29, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2023.
For 2024, the company currently expects that it will continue to be able to make quarterly cash dividends in the range of $0.12 to $0.16 per share.
