(OTCQB: SHGT) previously announced the execution of a production and distribution agreement ("Production Agreement") with Shengda Movie Production ("Shengda"), pursuant to which Shengda will produce a motivation internet movie series ("Inspirational Movies") named "LOVE WALTZ". SHGT announces today that it has invested in its sixth series inspirational internet short film titled "LOVE WALTZ".

On November 24, 2014, the famous actress Cyndi Wang, the famous actor David Wu, and film director Yanming Chen, known by B2, jointly attended the Internet short film shooting launch ceremony for the inspirational Internet short film "LOVE WALTZ", which has been filming since early December 2014. Taiwan's leading producer, Yanming Chen, said: "The film not only hired the well-known featured actors but also shooting with 4K movie equipment."

SHGT's Chairman, Steve Andrew Chen, said: "With the global 100% annual growth of the Internet short film market in 2014, it has become the fastest rise of new media and I believe may gradually replace the traditional television media. More and more actors and directors are willing to join the Internet short film. SHGT film production forecasts to invest in approximately 20 Internet short films in 2015."
