The transaction was led by returning investor Freeman Group LLC and included participation from returning investors ACVC Partners, Amplo Management, L.L.C., as well as strategic investments from Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Goodyear Ventures, and Sungwoo Hitech Co., Ltd. The company has raised $102,000,000 in funding till date. The company received $24,000,000 in its second and final tranche closing.
