Sunora Foods Inc. Appoints Alan Chan, P. Eng to its Board of Directors

Sunora Foods Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Alan Chan, P. Eng, to the board of directors. Mr. Chan holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering, and has held senior technical and management positions with a number of entities.

Mr. Chan has also been involved in the establishment, financing, merger, and acquisition of a number of public companies in Canada and Internationally.
