1. Organizational Changes ●Reorganization of Japan Business DivisionEffective January 1, 2019

▽ Establish "Production & Supply Chain Management Division" to integrate and reinforce

Supply Chain Management and enhance ability of responding to changes in market environment, and place "Supply Chain Management Department", "Quality Assurance Department", and "Engineering Department". Place "SCM Innovation Project" under Production & Supply Chain Management Division to accomplish overlooking Value Chain plan to work in cooperation with SME.

－ Integrate "Supply Chain Planning Department" and "Production Planning &

Development Department" into "Supply Chain Management Department".

－Establish "Quality Assurance Department" and "Engineering Department" to integrate function of "Quality Assurance & Technology Department" and "Engineering Department of Suntory Products Limited"

●Change in Organization of SSL

▽Reorganize "Business Strategy Division" into "Group Management Division" and

"Business Promotion Division" to enhance business foundation of vending machine business.
