Supalai Public Company Limited has more than 30 years of experience in condominium project development, totaling more than 100 buildings, both in Bangkok and major provinces across the country.

Single-detached House

From projects development and actual residences, integrated with new social contexts and modern people's lifestyles. The Company prepares for unprecedented situations, such as epidemics, changes of consumer behavior, etc., to develop products based on actual residences, especially single-detached house products. In the previous year, the Company developed houses to be in line with the new lifestyles, which were flexible to modify functions to accommodate all different lifestyles at all ages.

Single-detached houses in Tropical series are products development based on long continuing experience combined with a new normal context. It is presented in a new Modern Tropical style that is suitable for the tropical climate of Thailand. This has received great feedback in all regions where this new home design has been introduced.

The Company is committed to developing the complete quality of life for a single-detached house, which can be more easily accessible to the public. Thus, the "Semi-detached House" product with functionality and usable areas similar to a single-detached house at a lower price has been developed in conjunction with the concept of modern social context. Finally, a new type of semi-detached house in a variety of sizes according to the behavior and needs of customers in different locations is developed.
