Super League Gaming, Inc. Appoints Michael Wann to Serve as Chief Strategy Officer and to Serve as A Director

On June 1, 2021, Super League Gaming, Inc. completed the previously disclosed merger with Mobcrush Streaming, Inc. (Mobcrush) pursuant to which the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Mobcrush. In connection with the Merger and pursuant to the Merger Agreement, on June 1, 2021, the company appointed Michael Wann to serve as the Companys Chief Strategy Officer and to serve as a director on the company's Board of Directors . Mr. Wann, age 49, served as Chief Executive Officer of Mobcrush from May 2017 until the closing of the Merger.
